From 1 October 2008 the two well established North East firms of Wallhead Boaden and the Newcastle branch of Hindmarsh & Partners joined forces to become BoadenHindmarsh,based in Jesmond.

Our two Directors are Michael Boaden who has over 12 years experience as a Chartered Surveyor and Peter Waugh who has over 25 years experience working in property management, both residential and commercial, throughout the North East.

Our combined services can offer residential and commercial property management and associated professional work including rent reviews, lease renewals, acquisitions and disposals, lettings, valuations and surveys.

We are happy to act for landlords and tenants and aim to provide a personal and professional service for all our clients.
